Bankruptcy law.
The bankruptcy law provides the legal rules with regard to situations of persons who, as appearing in judicial investigation, are no longer capable of fulfilling their financial obligations. The bankruptcy pronounced by a court seizes the near total means of the debtor. The bankruptcy also settles the distribution of the debtor's means to the benefit of the joint creditors.
In the case of bankruptcy, a Commissioner of suspension and a trustee are appointed.
Suspension of payment ordered by the court tries to ensure the continuation of the company, and in order to do so, it suspends the obligation of payment by the debtor for a given period of time. In the case of suspension of payment, a conservator will be designated (Commissioner for suspension).
